Job Description and Requirements
-Peruse and acquire new accounts for the Agency on a regular bases.
-Handling the new accounts and all needs of these accounts and providing a fully integrated marketing strategy for them
-Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager to formulate marketing plans and strategy and in directing their execution to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Coordinate all necessary marketing research in the light of economic climate, competitive atmosphere, sales trends, market changes and the introduction of new and or revised services.
- Conduct the market research efforts to analyze competitor's strengths, pricing policies, new services potential, and the company's share to different customers.
- Recommend and participate in the development of general sales promotion and advertising strategy.
- Assist in analyzing competitive services in terms of quality, price and marketability.
- Conduct market research and relays pertinent findings to the Marketing and Sales Manager.
- Develop and communicate, timely, complete and accurate sales forecast and marketing data through marketing analysis studies that contributes to the effective deployment of sales resources to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Improve current customer relationships and assists in the development of new relationships.
- Assist in preparing media planning, advertising & promoitonal campaigns.

Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent .
- 2 to 3 years of Practical Experience in a media or advertising agency.
- Proficiency of Arabic and English Language .
- Excellent Computer Skills .
- Good Communication and personnel management.
